STEP 2: Email the personalised photo and message your would like for your flower pot to info@kerrcharacters.co.uk Please remember to include your Amazon order number as the subject of your email. A phone number is also useful. We will confirm receipt of your email within 24 hours.
That’s it – you’re done! Alternatively you can provide your message and photo via Amazon using ‘Your Orders’ – click on the ‘Contact Seller’ tab next to your order and send us your message (use the small paperclip icon to attach your photo).
Your flower pot will be dispatched within 48 hours.
PLEASE NOTE:
Images may need to be cropped / resized to fit on the pot – the higher the quality the image you send the better the photo will appear on your flower pot. If we do not receive a message or photo within 72 hours of you placing your order it will be cancelled and refunded.
